Every apartment at Grace Pointe Apartments, 113 Magnolia Ln in north Longview, Texas, has full-size washer and dryer connections in its own laundry closet. That means no trips to a laundromat. The machines are not supplied, so you bring your own washer and dryer. One- and two-bedroom apartments start at $1,195 a month.
How it works
- Connections in every apartment. Every one-bedroom and every two-bedroom has them.
- Full-size. The connections are for a full-size washer and dryer.
- Your machines. Grace Pointe does not supply a washer or dryer. You bring your own, or buy or rent a set after you move in.
- Inside your apartment. The laundry closet is in the apartment, so you never carry a basket outside.
Before you buy machines: ask the leasing office at 903-414-6336 what dryer hookup the apartment has, and measure the closet on your tour. That way the dryer you buy fits and connects on day one.
Why in-apartment connections matter
A laundry closet in your apartment saves time every week. You can run a load while you cook or work, and you never haul baskets across a parking lot in the August heat. It is one of the things worth checking when you compare apartments in Longview. Some older apartments have only a shared laundry room.
Moving in? Add a washer and dryer to your list with electricity and internet. Our Longview utilities setup guide and Longview move-in checklist cover what to set up before move-in day.
